Salary: $90,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 3 years of WordPress development experience
• Strong experience with Elementor
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP
• Experience with technical SEO and lead-generation websites
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, GA4, Search Console, and SEO tools
• Experience with forms, tracking fields, webhooks, APIs, or CRM data flows
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, Litify, or another CRM
• Strong troubleshooting and quality assurance skills
• Preferred: experience with WP Engine, Cloudflare, WP Rocket, Gravity Forms, ACF Pro, Polylang, Schema Pro, or Yoast SEO
• Preferred: experience with Salesforce-based CRMs
• Preferred: experience in local SEO, legal marketing, healthcare, home services, or multi-location websites
• Preferred: experience with call and chat tracking, UTM/GCLID tracking, and attribution setup
• Preferred: experience with multilingual WordPress websites
• Able to work carefully and systematically within an existing website, understand how changes can affect SEO, tracking, lead flow, CRM data, and revenue, and explain technical issues clearly

• Manage website updates in WordPress and Elementor
• Build and edit pages, templates, forms, redirects, and content
• Support technical SEO, including metadata, schema, internal linking, crawlability, redirects, page speed, and indexing
• Maintain Gravity Forms, including hidden tracking fields, notifications, confirmations, and webhook-related lead flows
• Help ensure form, phone, chat, UTM, GCLID, and source data flows correctly into Salesforce/Litify
• Troubleshoot website, plugin, tracking, and CRM data issues
• Manage plugin and theme updates through staging and quality assurance
• Collaborate with marketing leadership on landing pages, SEO improvements, conversion tracking, and website performance

We are Riddle & Riddle Injury Lawyers, seeking a Web Developer & Technical SEO Specialist to manage and improve our existing website in-house and support SEO projects, technical troubleshooting, and the flow of leads and tracking data into our Salesforce/Litify CRM. Our technology stack includes WordPress, Elementor, Gravity Forms, Yoast SEO, Schema Pro, Polylang, WP Rocket, WP Engine, Google Tag Manager, Invoca, Intaker, and Salesforce/Litify. We are looking for someone who can enhance our current site without seeking to rebuild it from scratch. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
