Accessible Space, Inc. a national non-profit provider of affordable, accessible housing is hiring a Part Time Service Coordinator for our apartment building in Sartell, MN.
The Service Coordinator serves as a liaison between residents and the community resources and services. Also develop and deliver programs and services related to physical, social, and mental well-being to assist residents in maintaining the highest level of independence and self-sufficiency possible. Develop and maintain a directory of community resources in order to provide information and referral services to all residents.
